I am loving patterns lately! I am breaking free of my plain Jane ways (though I still love a good basic) and going for colors and patterns that I would normally steer clear of. And mixing patterns is a new trend I can't wait to try -- I'm thinking stripes and floral. This is my fashion inspiration for the day (I put together this outfit on the Polyvore app for iPhone) and I'm loving the pattern pants...they could be tricky, but I'm on the hunt for a good fit and a pattern with staying power. I think the key is to pair a bold pattern with pieces that play up the pants...think basics and neutrals first.
